This is the latest age-progression picture of what Bianca may look like at age 18. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or NCMEC devolops these age-progressed pictures of the missing every 3 years. I think this one is the best one. The years past, I was not happy with the pictures they did of her, but this one, I like. this is the closest thing that I have to know who Bianca might be.

Bianca was last seen in her hometown of Baytown, Texas, USA on April 7, 1995. It is reported that she lives with her father Juan Antonio Lozano Suarez in Monterrey, Neuvo Leon, Mexico. Her father's family have lived in the area of Cumbres, 3rd Sector.
