How did I obtain this document you might wonder? Interesting story! It was Christmas eve 2009, I had an appointment to get my haircut at a place here in town that I had never been to. The hair dresser's neice happen to be visiting from Mexico and spoke English very well. She was in college. I began to tell them about Bianca. As I'm telling the story, I can see the wheels turning in their heads. They told me to write down Bianca's full name and birthdate and my maiden name, so I did and they were going to look up something and see what they could find. Mind you, this shop is like 10 minutes from my house. Before I was even home, they were calling my cell telling me how they found this registration number. I was blown away! It really made my Christmas. I felt like she was really out there somewhere not just "lost in space". I ended up back at the shop that night before heading to celebrate Christmas with family.

If you see the date on the certificate, Bianca was about 6 years old when they got it. I'm not sure, but we believe that it was used to register her for school.

Oh and her dad and grandpa have one too.
